1. Written Estimates & Scopes of Work

All fence installation, repair, and replacement projects are performed according to an agreed written estimate. Estimates specify linear footage, post depth (minimum 24 inches in commercial concrete), fastener specifications (ceramic-coated exterior screws, zero nails), gate hardware, and tear-out parameters.

2. Utility Locates & Excavation Safety

In compliance with Colorado state law, utility lines must be located prior to any mechanized digging. Jeremy's Fences coordinates Colorado 811 utility locates for public mains and service connections. Homeowners are requested to identify any private lines (such as sprinkler pipes, low-voltage landscape lighting, or septic systems).

3. Property Boundaries & HOA Compliance

Property boundaries remain the ultimate responsibility of the property owner. We assist in locating visible boundary survey pins and aligning fence runs according to recorded subdivision plat specifications and local HOA architectural requirements.

4. Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with written craftsmanship warranties. Our ceramic-coated screws feature lifetime manufacturer coating warranties against corrosion, and post footings are engineered to resist lateral wind failure and frost heave.
